Background and Challenges

Leconfe has successfully become a useful tool for managing the whole process of conference paper submissions, reviews, and publishing, especially for papers published by the well-known publisher Atlantis Press.
This story comes from one of our clients, Politeknik Negeri Bali (PNB). About a year ago, they contacted us to ask for advice on conference platforms. They told us about their experience using several tools like EDAS for collecting submissions and WordPress for their conference landing page. But they faced several technical problems that made them spend more money and time fixing things.
Why Choose Leconfe?
After hearing about their needs and troubles, we suggested Leconfe as a solution. Even though Leconfe is not as famous as Edas, we promised PNB that we would give full support to make sure all the steps ran smoothly, from submission to publishing.
After careful thought, PNB decided to use Leconfe for their 2025 conference. They used Leconfe to handle submissions and also for their conference landing page. You can see the landing page here: https://conferences.pnb.ac.id/.
Implementation and Feature Improvements

As time went on, we needed to make some improvements to meet PNB’s needs better, especially for features that they used on Edas before. For example, we added invoice handling and automatic review scoring. PNB also gave us feedback to make the Certificate Generator more flexible so they could create certificates for presenters and participants with different designs.
We made these changes and updated Leconfe based on their suggestions. The conference went very well without any major problems. Although Leconfe has a feature for publishing proceedings, PNB preferred to send their accepted papers directly to Atlantis Press.
The data was sent to Atlantis Press within one month, and by the end of October, the conference proceedings were officially published. You can view them here:
