Presentation Feature in Leconfe

The Presentation feature is available starting from Leconfe version 1.4.x. This feature allows organizers to display all presentation files from presenter in one scheduled conference. Through this feature, all users can easily access and view presentation materials on a centralized page. In addition, participants can give likes and post comments on each presentation, creating an interactive space for discussion and knowledge sharing.

Currently, the Presentation feature supports the following file formats and platforms:

1. Google Slides
2. YouTube
3. PDF

Below are the steps to activate the Presentation feature

To make all presentation data visible to participants, you must first access the Workflow → Presentation menu. In this menu, you can configure the opening and closing dates for the Presentation feature.

The data displayed in the Presentation menu is taken from the Presentation stage during the submission process. All files and information submitted by presenters at this stage will be automatically collected and displayed in the Presentation feature.

Therefore, presenters must ensure that their presentation materials are uploaded correctly during the submission process, as only data from this stage will appear in the Presentation menu.
