
The Submission Report Plugin in Leconfe helps conference organizers monitor and manage all paper or abstract submissions in a structured and centralized report. This plugin provides a complete overview of submission data, making it easier to track submission progress, review status, and author information.
What Information is Included
The Submission Report shows the following details for each submission:
- Submission ID – A unique number for each submission
- Title – The title of the paper or abstract
- Author Names – All authors listed on the submission
- Status – Current stage: Submitted, Under Review, Accepted, or Rejected
- Submission Date – When the paper was submitted
- Assigned Reviewers – Reviewers assigned to evaluate the submission
How to Install and Activate the Submission Report Plugin
Log in to your Leconfe Dashboard.

Navigate to Settings → Plugins (or Plugin Manager).

Locate Submission Report Plugin in the plugin list.


Click Install.
Wait until the installation process is completed successfully.
How to Use the Submission Report Plugin
After installation, remain on the Plugins page.

Find Submission Report Plugin in the installed plugins list.


The system will display a list of all recorded submissions.
Exporting Reports
You can export the Submission Report as a downloadable file. Use the export option in the report page to save the data to your computer for offline documentation or sharing with your team.
