Participant Registration in Leconfe

Participant Registration lets attendees officially join a conference in Leconfe. Once registered, participants gain access to conference materials, sessions, and certificates. Registration is separate from creating a Leconfe account — after you have an account, you register for a specific conference.

How to Register as a Participant

1. Log in to your account. Go to the conference website and sign in with your Leconfe account. Create an account first if you do not have one yet.

2. Go to the registration page. Click the Register button on the conference website. Only users with the Participant role can access this page.

3. Fill in your personal information. Enter your given name, family name, and affiliation. Some fields may be pre-filled from your account profile.

4. Select a payment fee. Choose the registration type that applies to you (for example: Regular Participant, Student). Each fee shows its price. If the conference offers free registration, no payment is needed.

5. Choose add-on items. If the conference offers extras such as workshops, meal packages, or merchandise, you can select them and set the quantity for each item.

6. Fill in any extra form fields. The organizer may ask for additional information such as your address, postal code, city, or country. Complete all required fields.

7. Submit your registration. Review your information and click Submit. Your registration is saved immediately.

8. Make payment (if applicable). After submission, you are taken to the payment page. If the registration has a fee, you will see the payment details and an invoice is generated automatically.

After Registration

  • You see a confirmation on the screen
  • You receive an email notification about your registration
  • You can view your registration status at any time
  • You can check your payment status (Paid or Pending)
  • The conference organizer is notified of your registration

v1.4.1 Updates

  • Add-on item quantity selection — Participants can now choose how many of each add-on item they want (for example, 2 workshop tickets).
  • Automatic invoicing — An invoice is generated automatically when you submit your registration and a payment is required.
  • Custom payment form fields — Organizers can add extra form fields to the registration page to collect specific information from participants.
